At Unique Frenchies USA, we are committed to providing healthy, happy French Bulldog puppies and delivering an exceptional adoption experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our terms regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Deposits

To reserve a puppy, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 or the amount specified at the time of reservation.

  • Deposits secure your chosen puppy and remove it from our available listings.
  • All deposits are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing.
  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

2. Balance Payments

The remaining balance must be paid in full at or before the puppy’s scheduled pickup or delivery date.

  • We accept cash, certified checks, bank transfers, and approved online payment methods.
  • Failure to pay the full balance by the agreed date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and release of the puppy back to availability.

3. Cancellations by the Buyer

If you decide to cancel your reservation or adoption after paying the deposit:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If full payment has been made, a partial refund may be granted depending on the circumstances and at our sole discretion.
  • Any refund requests must be made in writing within 48 hours of cancellation.

4. Cancellations by Unique Frenchies USA

We reserve the right to cancel a puppy reservation or adoption under certain circumstances, including:

  • If we determine that the puppy’s well-being may be at risk.
  • If there are unexpected health issues discovered during final vet checks.
  • If we are unable to deliver the puppy due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment, unless we offer a replacement puppy and you agree to proceed.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in the following situations:

  • If we are unable to provide the reserved puppy.
  • If the puppy develops a severe health condition prior to adoption.
  • If the buyer cancels within the first 24 hours of placing the deposit (case-by-case basis).

Note: After pickup or delivery, no refunds will be issued except as required by law.

6. Delivery & Transportation

If you request transportation or delivery services:

  • All transportation fees are non-refundable once the puppy has shipped.
  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

7. Health Guarantee & Replacements

If a puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital defect within the guaranteed period (as stated in our Terms and Conditions), you may be eligible for:

  • A replacement puppy of equal value, when available.
  • Or, at our discretion, a partial refund.

8. Final Statement

By placing a deposit or completing a purchase with Unique Frenchies USA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
