1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Unique Frenchies USA.
“You”, “Buyer”, “Adopter” refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our Service.
“Puppy” refers to a French Bulldog available for sale, reservation, or adoption.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website or placing a puppy reservation or adoption order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Reservations and Deposits

  • To reserve a puppy, a deposit (e.g., $500 or the amount stated) must be submitted.
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • The balance must be paid in full at or before pickup/adoption.

4. Age & Health Requirements

Unique Frenchies USA follows all applicable federal and state laws:

  • Puppies will not be rehomed before the legally required minimum age (typically 8 weeks).
  • Each puppy comes vet-checked, up-to-date on vaccinations, and dewormed.
  • A valid health certificate will be provided at the time of pickup or delivery.

5. Health Guarantee & Warranty

We are committed to raising healthy puppies and provide a 12-month health guarantee against congenital or life-threatening conditions.

  • In the event of a confirmed diagnosis, you must provide a certified veterinary report within 48 hours.
  • Depending on the situation, we may replace the puppy with one of equal value or offer another mutually agreed solution.
  • Unless expressly stated, no additional warranties are implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

Puppies are sold on an “AS IS” basis. We make no guarantees beyond those specifically stated in these Terms.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including veterinary expenses not covered by our guarantee.

7. Returns and Rehoming

If you are unable to care for your puppy in the future, you must contact us immediately. We reserve the right to:

  • Assist you in rehoming the puppy responsibly.
  • Require the puppy be returned to us to ensure proper care and welfare.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of our principal place of operation. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally with us before taking legal action.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any adoption or reservation agreements, represent the entire agreement between you and Unique Frenchies USA regarding your use of the Service and purchase of a puppy.
