Reservation process
Here are the details of our reservation process:
Select Your Future Pup
To secure your spot, a refundable reservation fee of $500 is required. This fee will be applied towards the final purchase price of your puppy.
Reservation Fee
You can now reserve a Frenchie that has yet to be born! Simply choose the gender of your preferred puppy. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will deliver the puppies according to the available gender from each litter.
Reservation Process and Timeline
Puppies will be assigned in the order of reservations received, based on the gender selection. Please note that the availability of the gender may vary depending on the litter. If your preferred gender is unavailable at the time of delivery, you will be offered the option to remain on the waiting list and advance in the order for future litters, or you can request a full refund of your reservation fee.
Refund and Waiting List Policy
If, in the case, the specific puppy you reserved is not available, you have the following options:
• Remain on the waiting list, advancing in position for future litters.
• Receive a full refund of your $500 reservation fee.
